This year’s viticulture seminar was focused on organic viticulture and in particular organic protection against diseases and pests.

“The seminar presented plant protection products and fertilizers from Bioka, which can be used in the protection against the main fungal diseases of the vine. The mechanisms of action, which are important in terms of correct application, were explained and the sequence of products was classified. The importance of green work in the vineyard in terms of effective ecological protection was also highlighted during the lectures. The final lectures also included the experiences of vine growers who use the presented products in organic viticulture. The event also included a presentation of viticultural mechanization,” said Prof. Ing. Pavel Pavloušek, Ph.D.
