There will be a virtual food symposium on March 13th-19th, 2021. You are warmly invited.

The LSU AgCenter and Mendel University will hold a virtual food symposium focused on the regional food supply during COVID-19.

8-11 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) 

2-5 p.m. Czech Republic Time (CZT)

Students, teachers and researchers interested in food science, nutrition, food technology, super foods and micronutrients, food microbiology, food safety, food systems, food waste, food entrepreneurship, economics and regional development are encouraged to participate.

The symposium is free.
